About VLER Health
VLER is a national program that allows Veterans to securely share your electronic health records within the VA with outside providers. On island, VLER currently have Hawaii Pacific Health and Kaiser Permanente as partners in the program and looking to expand to more healthcare facilities in the state of Hawaii in the near future.
VLER is free and voluntary to enroll in, and veterans can opt-out of the program at any time.
